Learning Strategies and Speed Reading

University students are required to read significant amounts of complex material in a short period of time. In this workshop, you will learn how the human brain processes information and how you can achieve deep and lasting learning. You will also explore and discuss speed reading and learning strategies you can use to remember more information from texts, lectures, and discussions.
