Duration
1 hr
In this workshop, students examine high and low-context cultures and how communication expectations in each can result in misunderstandings. They will also discuss how workplace performance feedback is communicated in different cultures. By understanding the assumptions people make about what is good, effective communication, students consider what is needed to understand others and problem-solve across cultures.
