Gender and Sexuality

In this workshop, students explore how gender affects our worldview and how sexism and homophobia impact social status and interpersonal relationships. They discuss how gender identity is associated with inequality in many societies and the forms such inequality takes (e.g. social status, life-chances, harassment, etc.), and consider how to work to overcome gender discrimination.
